The nomination The Profession Knight was established by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists. It is dedicated to honour the greatest persons and the results of their professional activity, persons who deserve a wide recognition and respect for their dedication and loyalty to their profession, high professionalism, knowledge about professional honour, ethics and sense of belonging to society, as well as those who have high personal responsibility requirements and who have the ability to mobilise people for a common and noble goal, and those who have innovative creativity and tolerance to the diversity of opinion.

Presidium of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists (LPK) and Kaunas Regional Association of Industrialists and Employers awarded the nomination The Profession Knight for the chief executive officer of UAB Aconitum Rima Balanaškienė for the merits in the development of pharmaceutical industry, for promoting Lithuania’s name, for educational community activities, for the courage and professionalism in successful development of the pharmaceutical business.

Professionalism, professional honour and dignity as well as loyalty to profession crowns a person.
