The conference Woman in Business was held on the 27^th of April and our chief executive officer Rima Balanaškienė was one of the speakers. The aim of the presentation was to share the experience in business challenges and characteristics of the manager, relationship between men and women in the business and international development.

The aim of this conference is to review the influence of women in public life and analyse businesswomen relevant activities and the role of the woman in the modern world.
