1. How to buy?
On the page of the product you can find all the information about the product you are interested in– composition, use and properties of the components.

1.1. To add the desired product to the shopping cart, click on the "Add to cart" button. When the box pops up, your product has been successfully added to the cart. Now you can choose to continue shopping by clicking the button to return to the home page to see other products. If you will click the "switch to payment" button, you'll find yourself in the Basket Summary. There you can see what kind of products you put in the cart.
1.2. In the basket summary, you can edit the number of units of the selected products, for example, if we want to buy 2 units of the Peaceful Heart capsules, we press the plus on the right side of the number of units. Likewise, if you change your mind you can press the minus on the left to reduce the number of units. If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the "discount code" field and click apply;

          

 

1.3. If you have already reviewed your order and want to continue to the billing, enter your data in "Account 1". If you want the website to remember your data in the future, you can sign up to create your own account.

1.4. You can also shop without signing in and by pressing the "Fast Shopping" button. Fill in the required information in the fields. If the field is marked with asterisk, the fields must be filled in.
1.5. If the delivery address is different from the address you provided, please enter it in the "Delivery Address" section.
1.6. Check your delivery address and contact information, and choose a delivery method. The cost of each delivery depends on the amount of your order. If you want to provide additional information about the delivery, you can leave the message at the bottom of the table after choosing the delivery method.

1.7. The third step is the payment. Click to pay via Paysera, then click the "Confirm Order" button to enter the payment system where you can choose the most appropriate payment method for you.

Electronic banking is an opportunity to connect to the electronic banking system and pay for the goods. WE MUST INFORM YOU THAT ACONITUM.LT WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO SUBMIT ANY DATA OR CODES RELATED TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED A REQUEST TO SUBMIT SUCH DATA FROM ACONITUM.LT, INFORM THE ACONITUM IMMEDIATELY.

2. Delivery of Goods

2.1. Available Delivery Methods:

  • Lithuanian Post
  • LP express courier
  • LP Express self-service parcel terminal
  • DPD courier
  • DPD Pickup self-service parcel terminal

2.2. If you have chosen the delivery via Lithuanian Post, the order will be delivered within 1-6 working days. If you buy goods for EUR 8 or more, delivery of goods via Lithuanian post is FREE. For deliveries of less than EUR 8, the delivery will cost EUR 0.51. The delivery cost or free shipping is automatically selected according to the size of your order.
2.3. If you have chosen the delivery via LP express courier or LP express self-service parcel terminal:

 

 

LP EXPRESS COURIER

LP EXPRESS SELF-SERVICE PARCEL TERMINAL

  •          In the territory of Lithuania, the goods will be delivered within 1-2 business days (including Kuršių Nerija). Price: EUR 3,08.
  •          It is possible to choose the payment in cash or by card at the moment of delivery. If you prefer to pay in cash – it is required to have the exact amount of cash as it is indicated in the order. The payment in cash or by card will cost EUR 1,50.
  •          You will be informed about the delivery via telephone call. If there was no possibility to contact the receiver, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest LP EXPRESS self-service parcel terminal or post office.   
  •          In the territory of Lithuania, the goods will be delivered to the self-service parcel terminals within 1-2 business days Price: EUR 2,46.
  •          It is possible to pay by card at the LP EXPRESS self-service parcel terminals. The payment by card will cost EUR 1.
  •          The parcels can be collected 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. It is recommended to choose the nearest terminal.
  •          You will be informed about your delivery via SMS message and (or) e-mail address, which will indicate the exact time and place to pick up the delivery. IMPORTANT! The parcel can be collected by entering two PIN codes successively at the display of a terminal, which will be provided in the received message.

 

 

2.4. If you have chosen the deliver via DPD courier or DPD Pickup self-service parcel terminal:

  • In the territory of Lithuania, the goods will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Price: EUR 3,13. The price of delivery to Kuršių Nerija is EUR 24,06.
  • It is possible to choose the payment in cash or by card at the moment of delivery. If you prefer to pay in cash – it is required to have the exact amount of cash as it is indicated in the order. The payment in cash or by card will cost EUR 1,38.

 

*Big cities of Lithuania: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Utena, Telšiai, Tauragė, Alytus, Marijampolė.

  • In the territory of Lithuania, the goods will be delivered to the self-service parcel terminals within 1-2 business days Price: EUR 2,08.
  • The parcels can be collected at any time of preference. The DPD Pickup self-service parcel terminals can be found at service centres, shops and other popular locations.
  • You will be informed about your delivery via SMS message.
  • The parcels must be collected within 7 days. If not, the parcels will be returned to the seller.
  • The valid identity document is necessary.

 

 


3. When the Delivery of Goods is Free?

3.1. The delivery of goods is free via Lithuanian mail when the amount of order is EUR 8 and more.
3.2. The delivery of goods via LP express courier or self-service parcel terminal is free when the amount of order is EUR 30 and more.
3.3. The delivery of goods via DPD courier or Pickup parcel lockers is free when the amount of order is EUR 30 and more.
3.4. Free shipping is automatically calculated in accordance with the amount of your order.

 

4. How can I pay for my Order?

4.1. You can pay for your order:

  • By electronic banking. You can pay for your order by using the Paysera system.
  • Electronic banking systems of Lithuania (Swedbank, Šiaulių bankas, Luminor and others)
  • In cash if you choose the delivery via DPD courier. The payment in cash is charged if the order does not exceed EUR 30 or more.

5. How my Personal Data are processed?

5.1. Personal Data– the Customer's information provided by the Customer when signing up to the website or ordering goods in the Online Shop, including the Customer's IP address and the history of the goods purchased. Customer's personal information: the name, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, address of the place of residence (or delivery address of the goods at the consumer's choice), telephone number (mobile or/and home), country. If the goods are delivered to the company, which is indicated by the Customer at the Customer's choice, the name of the company may also be indicated.

5.2. The Seller receives Personal Data only directly from the Customer. The Personal Data are not collected from other persons. The Customer's financial solvency is not judged.

5.3. The Seller uses (manages) Personal Data only for the purposes set out in these Terms.

5.4. The Customer shall be liable for the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the Customer's data provided in the Online Shop. If the information provided by the Customer in the Online Shop changes, he must update it. The Seller is not liable for any harm experienced by the Customer and (or) third parties due to the fact that the Customer has provided incorrect and (or) incomplete personal data or has not changed and added additional data upon their change. If the Customer provides the Personal Data of the Third Persons using the Electronic Shop, the Customer is liable for the lawfulness of the submission and use of such data.

5.5. The Customer can order (buy) goods in the Electronic shop by creating an account or buying without registration.

5.6. When the person is ordering the goods, the Customer agrees that his Personal Data will be processed to administer the online account of the Customer (i.e. for ordering, delivering, returning of goods, communication with the user, administration of the procurement procedure). If the Customer has disagreed with the processing of his Personal Data for the purposes specified in this clause, may not register at the Online Shop.

5.7. By subscribing to a newsletter, the Customer agrees that his Personal Data will be processed for direct marketing purposes.

5.8. The personal data of the Customer for direct marketing purposes, including the offers of products and services, shall be processed only with the Customer's consent to receive (subscribe) to the Seller's Newsletter. The consent of the Customer to process his  personal data for direct marketing purposes implies that he agrees that the Seller or its authorized data controllers, on the basis of the data, will formulate and send special offers to the Customer as well as promotional and other information related to the activities of the E-shop.

5.9. For the purpose of administering the Customer's Electronic Purchase Account, all Customer's Personal Data provided by the Customer to the Seller using the Electronic Shop (including Personal Data provided by the Customer in the My Data form on the Electronic Purchase Account), as well as the details of the order, purchase of the goods (payment method) and history of ordered (purchased) goods are processed. For the purposes of direct marketing, only the Personal Data that allows you to create a special offer for the Customer or a particular group of Customers to identify the Customer and submit to him/her direct marketing messages, including the Customer's date of birth and sex, shall be processed if such Personal Data is provided by the Customer.

5.11. The Customer's Personal Data for Direct Marketing shall be processed as soon as the Customer agrees to the processing of such data and is processed for a maximum of 5 (five) years from the last Customer's login to the Customer's online account. The data and (or) the information provided during the purchase, which is necessary to perform the contractual obligations, will be retained for the whole period of the warranties of the purchase of the goods but not less than 5 (five) years from the delivery of the goods. The data which are required to manage debts shall be retained until the debt recovery but not longer than 10 years. Upon expiration of this term, the Customer's Personal Data and the Customer's online account shall be destroyed without prior notice to the Customer.

5.12. The Personal Data provided by the Customer will be used only by the Seller and its partners, with whom the Seller cooperates in administering the Online Shop, organizing the services or marketing, delivering goods and (or) other services related to the application or processing the Customer's order (e.g. the companies delivering goods, courier services, etc.). The Seller will not disclose the Personal Data of the Customer to the third parties, except the Seller's partners mentioned above in this paragraph, or, in the cases presented in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.13. The Customer shall have the right at any time to access personal data, to correct it, to apply to the Seller for the Processing of Personal Data and (or) to request the termination of personal data processing activities by logging into the Customer's online account and, if necessary, changing the relevant provisions or data in the My Account section of the Customer's account. The Seller shall provide the Customer the information about the actions performed by e-mail address, which is indicated in the Customer's online account as the Customer's e-mail address.

5.14. The Customer has the right at any time to refuse to receive notifications (newsletter) sent for direct marketing purposes by changing the settings in the My Account section of the Customer's account.

5.15. The Customer has the right to revoke the consent to process personal data for direct marketing purposes by informing the Seller. In this case, the newsletter and other offers of goods will no longer be sent to the Customer.

5.16. The Customer has the right to transfer the data. The Customer has the right to receive personal data related to him/her, which he has provided to the Seller in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format, and has the right to forward (all or a part of) the data to another Data Controller. The Seller will not obstruct and according to the instructions of the Customer, will transfer the data to other controllers within 3 working days.

5.17. If personal data is breached (e.g. loss of data confidentiality, integrity, availability, etc.), the Seller will inform the Customer immediately. The Seller shall provide the Customer with the information on the performed actions to the e-mail address, which is indicated in the Customer's online account as the Customer' e-mail address) and will report to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

5.18. Upon the Customer's request to terminate the processing of his Personal Data (the requirement to delete personal data), the Customer's online account shall be deleted within 3 business days and the Customer shall lose the right to place an order or buy the products at the Online Shop. The Customer can only order or buy the goods again by signing up at the Online Shop.
