Preparations manufactured by “Aconitum”, and their quality were repeatedly appreciated by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists, that presented awards to the Company “Aconitum” for the “Product of the Year” nominations.

The diploma “Lithuanian Product of the Year 2002” was awarded for the homeopathic medication Acosedum; the preparation of medicinal purpose Cardio formula became the nominee of “Lithuanian Product of the Year 2003”. In the next year – 2004 – the homeopathic medication Acotinum manufactured by the Company “Acotinum” again became the laureate of “Lithuanian Product of the Year”. Years 2005 and 2006 were also successful to the Company: in the competitions “Lithuanian Product of the Year“ the preparations Cardioglucan and Liuberin were awarded exceptional gold medals,  presented by His Excellence Valdas Adamkus, President of the Republic of Lithuania.

In spring 2006 the Company “Aconitum” was recognized as the “Company of Knowledge Economy 2006”. This honourable award was rendered to the Company by the “Knowledge Economy Forum”, and the diploma was presented by His Excellence Valdas Adamkus, President of the Republic of Lithuania. Such nomination is awarded for the most prominent company of the year, which, based on innovations and scientific discoveries, generates new knowledge in its activities, inspires everyone with its model, and contributes to the society’s development.
   
In the national competition “Prize for Innovations 2006” organised by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists and Lithuanian Centre of Innovations in autumn 2006, the preparation Antitox from the Company “Aconitum”, developed to relieve hangover symptoms and protect liver against the impact of toxic substances, became the laureate in the category “Innovative Product 2006”. Company was awarded the laureate’s certificate in the category “Innovative Company 2006”.
 
Food supplement "Magnesium + B6 complex” produced by JSC “Aconitum” was awarded a gold medal in the contest "Lithuanian Product of the Year 2007", which was held by the “Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists” for the eleventh time.

Pharmaceutical company "Aconitum", producing medicines, food supplements and medical products, was awarded the “Gazelle 2007” certificate by the national business news agency “Verslo žinios”. The company has been recognized as one of the most successful and fastest growing companies in Lithuania.
 
Food supplement "Rutin forte”, produced by JSC “Aconitum” was announced “Innovative Product 2008” in the contest "Innovation Award" held by the  “Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists” and “Lithuanian Innovation Centre”. Even three products of JSC “Aconitum” were appreciated in the contest  “Lithuanian Product of the Year 2008”. Two products – “Vitamin C prolong” and "Menacardin 7" – were awarded gold medals, while “Visterox” – a food supplement containing phytosterols for men – received a silver medal.
 
Three products of JSC “Aconitum” – “Meflovan  complex”, “Vitamin C prolong + Iron” and “Vitamin C prolong + Iron  for children” – were awarded gold medals in the contest "Lithuanian Product of the Year 2009". This contest is held annually by the “Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists”. JSC “Aconitum” received awards during contests of "Lithuanian Product of the Year" in the previous years as well. However, this was the first time when the company won three gold medals in one year - this was especially gratifying as JSC “Aconitum” celebrated its 10th anniversary in the year 2009.
 
JSC “Aconitum” was awarded three gold medals in the annual contest "Lithuanian Product of the Year 2010" held by the “Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists”. The awarded products of JSC “Aconitum” were OTC medicine for liver therapy “Livosil" and food supplements "Memoril forte” and “Oktazolis”. In addition, the company won the National competition "Innovation Prize" award for the food supplement "Osteolis" and was recognized as a successfully operating company.

In 2010, JSC “Aconitum” participated in the International project "Gazelle" which is meant to provide information and expertise on issues of concern to small and medium enterprises; to draw public attention to the new market leaders and to bring these high-potential companies together, encouraging them to share experience and know-how.

JSC "Aconitum" received an acknowledgement from Ministry of Economy for the consolidation of business and public cooperation, active participation in the conference “Gazelle 2010” and for sharing the know-how on using EU structural funds for business development.
